Hilary Duff (that's not her in the picture FYI) has changed the title of her album from 'This Heart' to 'Breathe In Breathe Out' and communicated the change via the medium of balloon.
According to this post on the Popjustice forum, fans were sent balloons in the post and then when they blew them up they could see the album cover and title in all its glory.
Another post on Ultimate Music shows the balloon alongside a note from Hilary (/someone in her 'team') saying more things about the album title change etc.
So there you go. Apparently it's due out in June.
