'Freeek!' hitmaker George Michael has announced that his new single 'White Light' will get its radio premiere on June 29, exactly thirty years since his first single 'Wham Rap' entered the British charts.
In a simultaneously honest and showoffy press release, Michael went on to say: "Although I know the music industry tradition on such occasions is to list the hundreds of millions of albums sold, the number of records broken and awards received over all those years, I would simply like to say thank you."
So humble.
"I am truly blessed, and ‘White Light’ is my thank you to everybody who has been a part of my success. And I mean everybody, including the press!! Long may it continue," he added.
'White Light' was written, arranged and produced by the man himself and will be available to buy on August 12!!
