Eric Saade's recorded the theme song for a women's football tournament thing

saadealm1Eric Saade's done a tune for the UEFA women’s Euro 2013 football extravaganza.

According to Scandipop, the suitably anthemic 'Winning Ground' was written by Eric Saade, J‑Son, Didrik Thott, and Stefan Örn and is available to buy in Europe as of today, which makes a change.

Eric had this to say about what he wanted the song to sound like: "It's an arena song, with a big orches­tral sound! I really wanted this to fit the arenas and all the European teams!"

As you well know, this football tour­na­ment thing starts on July 10 in Sweden.
