DON'T PANIC: Jason Derulo's got a mixtape coming out in March

  • January 7, 2016

Jason Derulo

Former neck brace bedazzler Jason 'Jason Derulo' Derulo is releasing a "very different" mixtape in March, so hold on to your rakishly-angled hats.

Having a chat backstage before his performance on last night's People's Choice Awards, the 'Cheyenne' hitmaker said the following words:

“This mixtape though is very different than what anybody is used to me doing, which I’m excited about,” said Derulo.

In what way, Jason?

“I think we all have different faces," he continued. "We’re somebody different when we’re with our best friend, we’re somebody different when we’re with our mom, we’re somebody different when we’re with our siblings. This is just one of my many faces on my mixtape and I’m just excited to share it with everybody, because people have no idea that I have that side."

What could it all mean? Maybe a political opus about Hilary Clinton? A song suite dedicated to The Big Bang Theory's Sheldon Cooper? An opera about a fork? Silence for fifty minutes? Or maybe — just maybe — some slow songs about enjoying sexual intercourse with a young lady? TIME WILL TELL.
