Demi Lovato will sing some songs in America

  • August 23, 2011
  • Brad O'Mance

Demi Lovato has announced two shows in America.

Demi will perform at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom on September 17, and at Club Nokia in Los Angeles on September 23. No word yet of a full-blown tour — they're probably going to 'test the waters' with these two shows first — but assuming Demi isn't awful a tour will probably be announced in the coming months.

"These shows are basically thanking my fans for being so supportive throughout this entire journey," Demi said on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. "This is the first time that I will be on stage in about a year. I am already so excited and can't wait to see everyone out there in the audience."

Fans asked further questions on Twitter, and Demi answered that there will be a "big show" at these dates, with no support act, and she will perform songs from her upcoming album 'Unbroken'.
