Christina Aguilera's next record comes from a "very raw place"

  • January 16, 2012
  • Mikey

Christina Aguilera’s 'Bionic' follow-up will come from a “very raw place”.

In an interview with NBC, Christina promised a deep and meaningful record, saying: “I'm really excited because I've found myself in a very introspective stage in my life.”

The 'Not Myself Tonight' hitmaker also went on to say that her singing voice now “comes from a very truthful, honest and raw place”, adding that “it’s really a journey of growth for me continuously”.

All this honesty, introspection and rawness may well manifest itself on the rumoured first single 'Fuck Your Body'.
