'Blurred Lines' has overtaken 'Get Lucky' as the biggest-selling single of 2013

Robin Thicke'Blurred Lines' by Robin Thicke is now the biggest-selling single in the UK this year,  over­tak­ing Daft Punk's 'Get Lucky'.

According to the Official Chart Company, the track, which features T.I. and Pharrell Williams, has sold over 1.36m copies so far. 'Get Lucky' is second in the list with 1.24m sales.

Speaking to OfficialCharts.com, Pharrell said: "I'm humbled by all of the love the UK fans have shown, but when you are working with incred­ible talent like The Robots and Robin, great things are bound to happen!"

'Elsewhere in the Top 5', you can find Avicii's 'Wake Me Up', Passenger, and Naughty Boy's 'La La La'.
