When truth is more boring than fiction: the Starshell video

  • October 25, 2010
  • Popjustice

So the other day we banged on a little bit about Starshell's 'Superluva' video, and how all the promotional bells and whistles regarding the song's eventual video debut were for nothing when we were unable to watch it in the United Kingdom.

We allowed our mind to drift slightly as we imagined what the video to this brilliant pop tune might be like, and when we saw news from US readers who had seen the video that it was inspired by Tron and Weird Science we wondered if this might be the greatest video in the history of videos to songs called 'Superluva'.

Well as it turns out the video is a bit shit, but not to worry because the song is still amazing.

A little lesson here, readers. Be careful what you wish for. Because you might just get it in the form of a dodgy Daily Motion embed via an email tipoff from a reader in the Netherlands called Gerben, and it might be disappointing.
