How would you promote a single with a five quid marketing budget?

A lady popstar has sent us a five pound note in the post. 

The lady popstar in question is 'Kyrah' and the five pound note is real. It's a bit downhill from that point onwards really, although it could perhaps be inter­preted as good news for those who found Ke$ha's 'TiK ToK' a little too on the intel­lec­tual side: 'Uh Oh' opens with the line "wake up wasted and it's 'oops I'm naked'", and is a song about getting drunk, going out and having sex with people and your boyfriend finding out or something.

It's one of those deluded songs that people say is empower­ing and all about having fun but is really about the opposite.
