As we mention in today's Song Of The Day roundup, when you listen to all the four EPs together you end up with a slightly too long but almost totally brilliant (there's a Bob Dylan cover) proper album. It sounds like Tears For Fears and Scissor Sisters and The Breakfast Club and all sorts of things like that and has quietly become an album we're listening to once or twice a day.
Now, on to more important issues. Is Del Marquis the tidiest man in pop?
We have always thought this about him. He's always looked tidy on stage, he's always looked tidy in interviews. He holds his guitar tidily. Even with a weird beard that sort of forgets to be a beard halfway along his face he still looks tidy. Being tidy's difficult enough in any situation, but being tidy AND having a beard is almost impossible. That surely deserves some credit.
