Lady Gaga is launching an attack on Carly Rae 'Jepson'

  • July 26, 2012
  • Sam Hine

Lady Gaga has threatened Carly Rae Jepsen.

But it's all in jest, don't you worry.

Gaga directly tweeted* the singer in response to Jepsen hitting Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for a 7th week, as shown above.

According to Billboard, 'Call Me Maybe' "tallies the longest reign for a song by a woman signed to Interscope Records".

Amazing.

*Oh and it turns out that Gaga sent the tweet to a fake account, but the sentiment is still there.
