One Direction's Saturday Night Live performance passed without drama

One Direction performed 'What Makes You Beautiful' on Saturday Night Live last night and the general feel is that it went pretty well.

They were also in a sketch with Modern Family's Sophia Vergara.

All five members of the band were wearing shoes during the performance.
