First-time-buyer Justin Bieber has got his foot on the property ladder by buying a £3.8m mansion in Calabasas, California.
The property, which counts Britney Spears and Steven Spielberg as neighbours, is said to feature a swimming pool, guest house and a garage.
According to X17online.com, Bieber has plans to install a remote controlled system which will power the blinds, the lights and even the bath.
He is also reported to have asked his interior designer for a "teenage boy's bedroom", presumably his own, which will include games consoles, arcade machines, a home cinema and loads of graphic pornography NO NOT REALLY WE MADE UP THE LAST ONE.
