Mohombi wants to be a popstar, not a prince

  • February 28, 2012
  • Mikey

Mohombi wants to be known for his music and not for being African royalty.

The Congolese Prince, who was raised in Stockholm, told Lorraine: "I don’t think a lot of people know that. I’ve never really considered myself being a prince."

He was keen to downplay his regal connections further, adding: "I'm happy that I’m not known for being a prince, I’m happy people know me for my music."

Commenting on the British royal family he said that Duchess Kate was "beautiful" and that Prince William "got swag".

Incredible.
