Rapping Child Astro has signed a record deal with his US X Factor mentor LA Reid's label.
The 15-year-old — who of course appears on the single version of Cher Lloyd's 'Want U Back' — was rumoured to be signing with Jay‑Z's Roc Nation, but MTV are now reporting that he's 'inked a deal' with Epic Records instead.
No details have emerged as yet about when Astro's debut album might see the light of day.
