Jason Derulo has been forced to cancel his entire UK tour following confirmation that he suffered "an acute fracture to his vertebra" after falling on his head during rehearsals for the tour.
As quoted on Neon Limelight, Derulo's label Warner Bros said: “While executing an acrobatic move, Derulo landed directly on his head, and suffered an acute fracture to his vertebra. After being rushed to Memorial West Hospital in Miami’s Pembroke Pines, FL, he was told by doctors that the accident could have left him paralyzed. Derulo has been released from the hospital but must wear a neck brace for the next few months."
In a statement, Derulo said the pain of letting down his fans hurt more than the actual injury and that he's "praying for a speedy recovery in order to perform for you in the near future".
