Timbaland's 'Give It To Me' video was one of the most astonishingly shit pieces of work we have ever seen, yet the single got to Number One because it was quite good.
Mr Land is obviously less 'cocksure' for the release of his Hives* collaboration 'Throw It On Me' because he has gone to the effort of having a good video made, albeit one featuring some fairly ludicrous face-pulling.

It's watchable, but someone should tell the director that the whole thing looks JUST like that 'Sin City' film from a couple of years ago. We know it's just a coincidence and everything but it's still a bit embarrassing, don't you think?
* The Hives: briefly popular, occasionally tuneful but unutterably tedious guitar band with members named Howlin' Pelle Almqvist, Dr Matt Destruction, 'Dangerous' Dave Pearce, etc etc. Penchant for wearing matching clothes in partially-ironic fashion. Borderline-hot singer. THAT IS IT.
