The salient points


  • Two of The Saturdays (Rochelle and Frankie to be precise) started off in S Club 8, formerly S Club Juniors.

  • 'The Sats'' TV show, The Saturdays: 24/7, was pretty good.

  • The TV show Ghosthunting With... The Saturdays was literally not pretty good.

  • They have given employment to Flo Rida but don't hold that against them.

  • In 20911The Saturdays discovered dance music with singles 'Notorious' and 'All Fired Up' both finding them 'getting down in the club'.

  • 'All Fired Up' - a Xenomania tune - might end up being their best song, unless they pull something better out of the hat between now and the end of time (which is unlikely but you never know).

  • In 2012 they decided to release a brand new song called '30 Days'. It featured a drum fill that sounded a bit like a potato being thrown into a bin from across the room.

  • 2013 saw them finally 'score' a UK Number One with 'What About Us', which of course features the dulcet tones of Sean Paul. It's probably their seventh best single.

  • Mollie is the best Saturday.
