The Voice is doing a live tour

Start saving your pocket money, The Voice is going on a UK live tour.

The BBC announced today that the final eight con­test­ants, "a group of the most talented singers in the UK" will play arena venues starting off in Bournemouth on September 12.

The tour also takes in London's O2 and the Manchester Arena before finishing up in Sheffield on September 27.

The gigs are fully seated, though we assume the seats do not revolve, and tickets start at £35. You can buy them on Saturday 5 May from here, ahead of The Voice finale on May 13.

Can you imagine a worse night out?
