Notorious destroyer of childhood dreams Nicole Scherzinger isn't going to mother her lucky X Factor contestants.
The 'AmenJena' hitmaker spoke about her approach to The X Factor this year (quoted here), saying: “We are not their mums – we are their mentors.”
Tulisa is also quoted as saying she will "crack the whip" whilst "also [making] space for play-time".
