Miley Cyrus has made a demure little promotional video for her forthcoming Bangerz tour and it involves kissing a dog.

She also revealed that Diane Martel — the woman who directed the 'We Can't Stop' and 'Blurred Lines' videos — will act as creative director for the tour.
"I'm making everyone come into my world, so the minute you step into the arena the whole thing just feels like you're a part of this crazy, different world," she mused to your friend and ours, Ryan Seacrest (as quoted here).
