But here's what we wrote earlier…
Look, we don't know if this can actually be true or not but the BBC are reporting it so we're on reasonably solid ground: apparently Lady Gaga will play Cilla Black (!) in a forthcoming film about the life of Dionne Warwick.
Warwick herself will be played Destiny's Child original, LeToya Luckett (!!).
As you well know Warwick had a fairly rocky relationship with Cilla, mainly because the latter's version of the former's 'Anyone Who Had A Heart' did better in the charts or something.
According to the BBC, Warwick — who was chatting about the film in Cannes — was asked why she regarded Our Cilla as her nemesis and her reply was: "Because she stole my music."
The film will be based on Warwick's own autobiography, entitled My Life, As I See It.
