- Phoebe Ryan continues in her quest to become the planet's greatest popstar. [NB: This was our pick of the week until Trainor blessed the world with 'No'.]
- Years & Years release a single that isn't 'Gold', a decision for which we will never forgive the 'Gold' non-hitmakers.
- Excellent news: Vérité continues to be extremely good.
- Selena Gomez chucks some remixes online — the Betablock3r one is the best of the lot.
- The Knocks' debut album is finally released!
- There's a new Kitten EP which is excellent.
- Feat Charli XCX pops up with Miike Snow (as ever these days it's not exactly 'Boom Clap').
- (There's a new Kendrick Lamar semi-album too but we haven't got our heads around that yet.)
