Seal goes clubbing

  • September 24, 2007
  • Popjustice

Seal's been working with the mindblowingly brilliant Stuart Price. This we already know.

What we didn't know until this morning was that his big comeback single is so amazing that it makes us want to leave the office RIGHT NOW to go in search of a nitespot. It is 12.50pm on a Monday. Unfortunately the only nitespots near Popjustice HQ are called things like 'Crazy Larry's' and are full of people along the lines of Prince Harry.

:(

Anyway, Seal's new single is called 'Amazing'. Amazing.

This is a clip of the RADIO EDIT.

[audio:sealamazing.mp3]

The bit where it goes 'amazing amazing amazing' is like a Popjustice editorial meeting.

This is one of those instances where a comeback single is such a massive, brilliantly executed departure from an established singer's signature sound that it completely knocks you off your feet and 'Amazing' is, therefore, this year's 'Maneater'.

The album (all produced by Stuart) is out on November 12.
