He assured worried fans that everything was fine after he passed out for fifteen seconds and was treated by doctors. "Thanks for the love but there are alot of people out there who need prayers. im fine. just smacked my head and needed some water. all good."
The ever-concerned TMZ rang Bieber up to make sure he was alright and there's a lot of waffle about it all on their website if you want to take a listen.
