Justin Bieber is "address­ing the past and the rumours" on his forth­com­ing album 'Believe'.

Before a mammoth retweet­ing session last night, the 'Fa La La' chanteur told his fans: "Here making music address­ing the past and the rumors, clearing it all up in the music. Im putting it all out there on this album."

He didn't elaborate on which specific rumours would be addressed unfortunately.
