Fenech Soler, Parallels, Natalia Kills, Samuel etc: Popjustice at CMJ

  • October 15, 2010
  • Popjustice

There is a Popjustice thing at CMJ next week. Naturally it is amazing. Here is a flyer for it.

WHAT IS CMJ? A guide.
The College Music Journal is a publication about music.
It is American.
They do a big festival every year in New York.
You probably know all this already.

The details of the event should be fairly clear from the flyer above, and most of the Popjustice acts (they are the ones in yellow) have been mentioned before on the site but here are some links in case you are interested in finding out more or refreshing your memories:

» Fenech Soler
» Parallels
» Natalia Kills
» Samuel
» The Aikiu

The other live acts are there courtest of High Rise, with whom we're sharing the event; the very special guest is someone that we can't talk about, partly because it is quite common to keep names secret with CMJ and partly because they are not confirmed yet. TOKION Factory and Onitsuka Tiger are very kindly sponsoring the event.

The 'Popjustice' side of the evening — including the Amazing Pop Tuneage being blared out between acts — will be handled by Colleen Nika, a very talented New York-based journalist in whose iTunes library we have total confidence. Here is Colleen Upon The Twitter.

As is customary, there is a Facebook page for this event. This is the page on Facebook which is that.

And that is all we have to say about that for the time being.
