Do you remember last year (was it last year? Maybe it was the year before. Anyway) we told you about The Jonas Brothers — a trio of Americans (THE HORROR!!!) who had covered Busted's 'What I Go To School For' and Busted's 'Year 3000' in a highly lametacular fashion?

Well well well.
They have not been resting on their laurels. They have a new album out in August (presumably this will represent their 'McFly period') but the first track from it is already knocking around. It is sort of a cover of 'Kids In America'. Here is the video with a not exactly unridiculous introduction from the band.
We think you can probably see what they have done there. In case you cannot, here it is:
1. They have covered 'Kids In America'.
2. Except they have changed the lyrics so it is now all about "we're the kids of the future" because it is from a film called Meet The Robinsons which is set in a time which is after nowadays.
It does not really make very much sense because in order for "we're the kids of the future" to make sense the band would have to be singing from the point of view of a sperm and an egg, and it should really be "we're the kids from the future". Or, alternatively, they could just have left the song alone because it was perfectly alright as it was (thanks grandad etc etc etc).
