This 'news' came directly from the 'Me, Myself, My Money' hitmaker via the medium of Twitter:
I dont really know what im doing with my music release; but im finished (except for getting the features recorded)

The confusion hinted at in the tweet is apparently down to the fact that despite living in America all her record label stuff comes from the UK, so she's trying to get all that sorted out.
But don't worry, that should be done soon enough:
