Madonna's posted some instructions for people in London (and certain other cities) to follow if they want to be part of this #SECRETPROJECTREVOLUTION thing of hers.
Basically, something's happening in four different locations in London tonight from 9pm. Mind you, something's also happening in Berlin, New York, Toronto and Los Angeles too if any of those are closer for you.

1) 9PM — Exhibition Road: Exhibition Road London SW7 2DD
2) 10PM — Gerrard Place/Chinatown: Chinatown London WC2H 7PR
3) 11PM — Tate Modern: Holland St, London SE1 9TG
4) MIDNIGHT — Shoreditch High St Station: London E1 6GY
We'd expect this will involve something being projected onto a wall or two. Mind you, midnight on a school night?!
