Niki & The Dove, Patrick Wolf, 2 Bears and Ronika are playing Lovebox this year

Niki & The Dove, Azealia Banks and Ronika are just some of the above average acts playing this year’s earlier-than-usual Lovebox festival.

Organisers have ‘secured’ a two-for-one deal on Hot Chip and 2 Bears for the festival’s opening Friday night, while Kelis and Emeli Sandé will play the main stage on Saturday with Azealia Banks also confirmed.

As usual Sunday’s ‘Out & Fierce’ (gay) day is shaping up to be the best of the weekend with Niki & The Dove, Azari & III, Patrick Wolf and Ronika all performing.
