Rihanna’s apparently going to play a villain in the next Fast And The Furious film

Oscar hopeful Rihanna is apparently joining the cast of The Fast And The Furious 6.

According to The Sun, Rihanna will play the film’s villain and will start shooting scenes in Essex (?) next month.

A curiously well-placed ‘source’ thinks the role is perfect for her: “Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in Battleship. Writers think she’ll be perfect for the role. Her character has plenty of bite and doesn’t take any prisoners — just like her in real life.”

Not only that, but it could open doors to bigger things: “It’s a step up the ladder for her and could lead to bigger action roles.”

Bigger than filming The Fast And The Furious 6 in Chelmsford? Come on, let’s not get silly.
