No-one cares that Marcus Collins is gay

Marcus Collins has come to the conclusion that being a friend of Johnny Robinson hasn’t been a problem for him in his successful musical career.

“I saw Will Young win Pop Idol then come out, then the same with Joe McElderry after The X Factor,” he told gay-friendly tabloid  The Sun. “I think the public can feel hurt if you’re not honest. I made the decision early on to stay true to who I am.”

It’s nice that in this day and age a gay popstar can talk to The Sun about their sexuality without having been blackmailed into it, isn’t it.
