Kelly Clarkson is performing at the CMA Awards! They will be held in Nashville on November 1 and hosted by our friend and yours, Carrie Underwood (with Brad Paisley).
The ‘Dirty Little Secret’ chanteuse will doubtless perform a ‘twangy’ reworking of one of her signature hits at the ceremony where she’s due to perform alongside, er, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley and Little Big Town.
The laugh-a-minute nominations have already been announced. In the best female category, Kelly is going up against Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood but that’s about as exciting as it gets.
