Katy Perry’s going to take a break once her movie comes out

Katy Perry has announced that she’s going to be taking an ‘extended break’ from her work commitments.
Having recently released the 8th single from ‘Teenage Dream’ and an upcoming 3D movie, Katy told Extra’s Mario Lopez (in an interview to be broadcast soon) that the break is because she “needs her heart to heal”.
There’s no word on how long this break will last – probably about 3 months we expect – but Katy added that “for a modern woman, it is important to be supported and that there is equality in every aspect”.
Right.
‘Katy Perry: Part of Me’ will be released on July 5.
