‘Casualty Of Love’ chanteuse Jessie J is facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over her song ‘Domino’, Billboard reports.
No, Katy Perry is not the accuser.
California ‘singer-songwriter’ Will Loomis claims that ‘Domino’ shares many of the same traits as his 2008 track ‘Bright Red Chords’. His lawyer said: “Mr Loomis never consented to the use of his song, and we look forward to obtaining an appropriate remedy from the court for this clear infringement.”
‘An appropriate remedy’ being shitloads of cash presumably.
