Jedward think that they have “brought Eurovision back to the glory days”

Story filed by Brad O'Mance on May 25, 2012

Jedward have told The Irish Sun how they have single-handedly saved Eurovision.

“It’s really exciting because we have brought a whole brand new audience back to Eurovision”, said Edward. “I feel like we have made it an amazing competition to watch.”

John added: “We brought Eurovision back to the glory days.”

The Irish duo will of course perform ‘Waterline’ at the Eurovision finals tomorrow in Baku, Azerbaijan. It will probably be quite entertaining. But let’s think about the assumptions here for a moment. Do any of these songs scream ‘Eurovision needs saving’ to you?

This.

This?

THIS??!

Jedward, we suggest you sit down and have a good hard think about what you are saying here.
