Jedward are trying to wind up Blue

Ahead of their appearance at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, Ireland’s entry, Jedward, have aimed an insult at their UK rivals Blue.

According to The Sun, John took the opportunity to say “we never ditched our fans and came back. We’ve always been here” at the press launch for a new Fruit Shoots drink.

Edward chimed in with “I remember we found a Blue annual in a charity shop when we were kids and bought it”.

Edward’s parting shot? “I’ve heard everyone else’s Eurovision song and ours is better.”

Fair enough.
