It was a busy weekend for Taylor Swift’s mantelpiece

Taylor Swift won a couple more ‘gongs’ over the weekend.

Last night her mantelpiece made room for the Academy Of American Country Music award for Entertainer Of The Year on top of Saturday’s Kids’ Choice Big Help award, which was given to her by Michelle Obama.

Swift had been due to bring along  fan Kevin McGuire, who is suffering from cancer. When he was hospitalised yesterday she dedicated her speech and award to him, saying: “He’s not here but I promised him I would give him a shoutout…thank you for wanting to take me to the ACMs.”
