Gotye’s not a fan of his Glee cover

Smirking borelord Gotye has called Glee’s cover of ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’ “ultra-dry”.

Talking to the Sunday Mail (as quoted here), the Sting-a-like said: ”They did such a faithful arrangement of the instrumentals but the vocals were that pop Glee style, ultra-dry, sounded pretty tuned and the rock has no real sense, like it’s playing to you from a cardboard box.”

Which is fair enough really, but during an interview with the Herald Sun, the ‘Learnalilgivinanlovin’ hitmaker said the Glee version was ”dinky and wrong”.
