‘Heartless’ is out July 14 and it’s worth noting that the Fear Of Tigers remix opens with the greatest one second of sound you’ll hear all month, then keeps the quality pretty high throughout.

And it’s only gone and found its way into this post.

Not much happens really, but it’s only 17 seconds so you might as well.

The full video ‘drops’ May 23, which is quite literally next Thursday.

The ‘Who Owns My Heart’ hitmaker tweeted: “Cats outta the bag! LETS TREND MY 1st SINGLE #wecantstop”, before then tweeting a link to the image to your right which suggests something is happening at the Billboard awards.

We’re hoping that hashtag doesn’t stay there.

According to some of her other tweets, the song was produced by Mike WiLL Made It, and she’s recently been in the studio finishing the album with the likes of Pharrell and will.i.am.

Sounds quite promising.

This monumental moment was communicated via the medium of Twitter in the following manner:

As you can see there are some guests on it – collaboration-shy Dizzee Rascal and US rapper Big Sean.

There’s also a link to her official site which has been updated with a new image and this video of Jessie having a bit of a singsong in the studio.

The theme of ‘independence’ has brought us some solid songs in the Britney discography so that sounds like a decent path to follow.

The show is part of VEVO’s concert series thing and will be at the 450-capacity Tabernacle, which is in Notting Hill. It will also be streamed live on the internet so don’t worry too much if you can’t get in.

Tickets won’t go on sale until May 27 and details of how fans can get them haven’t been announced as yet. We suspect there will be a hashtag involved or something.

Demi had this to say about it all: “I love performing in the UK, and it’s exciting that I can share such an exclusive performance in London with my fans all over the world through my own VEVO Presents event.”

So that’s that.

The ‘Na Na Na’ hitmakers will take their Where We Are tour to various spots around the world in 2014, with the whole thing ‘kicking off’ in Latin America before coming over to us lucky Brits.

The tour will be a completely different show featuring a brand new selection of songs, which is always good to know.

Speaking about their new album, the words “rockier” and “edgier” were thrown around so make of that what you will.

Tickets for the UK shows go on sale Saturday 25, so set an alarm, mark that calendar etc. etc.

As you may recall, the song was written as part of Coca-Cola’s Perfect Harmony thing, and involved viewers of American Idol submitting lyrics and apparently even coming up with elements of the performance.

Before we get to the performance, Jeppo was also asked who she thinks would be a good judge on American Idol now that they’re probably all leaving and she said:

“Justin [Bieber] would be awesome. He’s got lots of great opinions when it comes to the music world and he’s very experienced especially for being so young.”
