Seeing Double stars S Club 7 – Rachel Stevens and the other six – have confirmed they’re reforming in aid of Children In Need.

Having signed up to Twitter about six months ago ‘they’ finally tweeted something hashtag-heavy half an hour ago before following that up with confirmation they’re ‘bringing it all back’ etc.

Here is the tweet that will go down in reunion pop history:

That Soundcloud link isn’t the new single. Instead it is some brief #audiocontent.

The ‘gang’ had this to say about it all when asked for a quote by the BBC:

“We’re massive fans of BBC Children in Need and it was great to be able to support the charity all those years ago. We’re really looking forward to bringing it all back for Pudsey, for BBC Children In Need and for all our fans who have been so great over the years. This is going to be the mega S Club party of all time!”

‘Mega S Club party’.

Children In Need takes place on November 14.

Gwen Stefani played a bit of another new song on the radio earlier (in America) http://www.popjustice.com/thenews/gwen-stefani-played-a-bit-of-another-new-song-on-the-radio-earlier-in-america/131838/ http://www.popjustice.com/thenews/gwen-stefani-played-a-bit-of-another-new-song-on-the-radio-earlier-in-america/131838/#comments Mon, 20 Oct 2014 19:39:46 +0000 http://www.popjustice.com/?p=131838 Gwen Stefani

Gwen Stefani, the singer, was on US radio today promoting ‘Baby Don’t Lie’ – a song you can buy there on iTunes – and while there she let them play a bit of a new song called ‘Spark The Fire’.

It was produced by Pharrell Williams (of course it was) and will likely be a single given that she’s apparently already made a video for it.

The song features the lyric “OMG OMG I’m back again” and sounds like this:

Could be good. 2017 UK release?

Having a chat with a DJ on The Highway 10-17, Clarkso was asked about a recent tweet in which she revealed there’d be a guest on the forthcoming album, to which she said the following:

“It is so good. I will tell you this, it’s a male. It’s a male singer.”

Okay, great. Anything else?

“The song is so out of the box for both of us, but kind of in our lanes. Oh my gosh it’s so good y’all, I’m so excited. It’s an amazing singer and everyone loves him.”

Asked if it was Michael Bolton, she sadly said that it wasn’t, but that she does love his voice.

She also reiterated that there will indeed be a new Kelly Clarkson single in January (#Q1) so nobody panic.

Q4 IS BACK: ‘Sight Of You’ hitmaker Tulisa has announced details of her new single, ‘Living Without You’.

The single – released via AATW/Universal – will be out on December 7 and, according to a press release, “sees her confidently reclaiming the dance floor as if she has never been away”.

Actually this bit seems to describe the song in ways we couldn’t – we haven’t heard it, obviously – so just have a read of that:

Her first release in two years,‘Living Without You’ begins with a piano-led intro, before an electro beat kicks in to an instantly memorable, contemporary dance track. Contrasting garage influences and pop synths with lyrics about desperation and heartbreak. Tulisa’s powerful vocals and emotive delivery soar on this unmissable club tune that effortlessly demonstrates why she became a household name as a chart topping popstar. The track is produced by STL, the same team behind Tulisa’s No.1 single ‘Young’.

So there we have it.

7. ‘Night Changes’
8. ‘No Control’

12. ‘Clouds’

Of course there’s a ‘deluxe version’ too, and that features these ditties:

13. ‘Change Your Ticket’
14. ‘Illusion’
16. ‘Act My Age’

This wouldn’t be a One Direction announcement without some awkwardly-executed video content mainly featuring Liam Payne, so here that is.

‘FOUR’ is out on November 17.

Thanks once again to Diplo’s free and easy Twitter policy, we also know that the song is probably called ‘All My Love’ and that it’s sounding “pretty gigantic”.

Specifically, we know this because Diplo tweeted – and then deleted – the following:

“Ok so this @MAJORLAZER @ArianaGrande track is sounding pretty gigantic right now #allmylove”.

So there we are.

‘Becky From The Block’ hitmaker Becky G has ‘unveiled’ her new single ‘Can’t Stop Dancing’.

The follow-up to the actually amazing ‘Shower’ was ‘premiered’ on your friend and ours Ryan Seacrest’s radio show last night and sounds a lot like this:

But what does Becky make of it? Does she love it – and if so, how much?

“I love this song so much,” she mused. “It’s so fun and just free-spirited. It’s just one of those songs when you play it, you just want to dance to it and you just really vibe out to it. I’ve actually been performing it while I was on tour with Katy [PERRY, OBVIOUSLY] and the reaction is a lot of fun. It’s just one of those songs that you just want to play on your iPod.”

Sadly as Becky is no doubt aware Apple are now phasing out standalone iPods, so where that will leave her song enjoyers in years to come is something of a mystery.
