The Freemasons one is today's Song Of The Day HENCE YOU READING THIS NOW.In this mix the Freemasons address two big issues we always had with the original. Firstly, they have made it more banging where before it sometimes seemed a little too delicate and dignified for its own good. Secondly, we were never convinced that the "turn away, turn away" bit was the proper chorus, but not enough was made of the (far better) "does it feel..." bit for that to be the chorus either. So it was all a bit confusing. The Freemasons' solution? The "does it feel..." bit is now twice as long, thus making it quite clear that it is the chorus and was all along. We can now go back to the original Hurts version knowing exactly what is what, and if one sign of a great remix is not that it makes you hear the original through new ears, well, we don't know what is. A sign. (Of a great remix.) That sentence sort of span out of control a bit didn't it.
