Emma's a graduate of Swedish acts Caracola and Sheelah ('The Last Time' was an epic belter whichever way you look at it) and also recently popped up on the Swedish version of The Voice, which seems a bit beneath a woman of such obvious and extravagant talents but THERE YOU GO.
She's been working with Tony Nilsson and Henrik Janson (Elin Lanto, Darin, Selena 'Selena' Gomez) and 'No Excuses' popped up online at the start of the year, with a video appearing a couple of weeks ago. "I think 'No Excuses' is a MASSIVE pop song," notes Popjustice reader Ryan, who suggested this Big Song. "I'm sure you'll love it!"
Love it we do, Ryan. It is a beautiful pop moment.
"Besides working on her solo album," Emma's biog notes, "Emma is running a blog and writing on her first book." HER FIRST BOOK! What do you think it is about? An insider account of pop amazingness? A no-holds-barred exposé of what it is like to keep banging out incredible songs, one after the other? Come on Amazon, give us a pre-order link. We want TWENTY COPIES.
