Emeli Sandé – ‘My Kind Of Love’ (Wideboys mix)

We sometimes fantasise about an alternative pop universe in which the Sliding Doors moment of Emeli Sandé's 'Heaven' gave Britain its definitive 21st Century club diva.

As we all know things didn't exactly pan out like that and what we have instead is an Important Recording Artist With A Good Haircut. Which is all very pleasant, but there are still moments - like this Wideboys  refit of Emeli's forthcoming single - when we are allowed the occasional glimpse of What Might Have Been.

It is beautiful and amazing, and its amazing beauty makes us weep.
