The salient points


  • Unicorn Kid's actual name is Oliver Sabin. Unicorn Kid is just the name he releases his music under.

  • For a while he was 'the face' of chiptune or 8-bit or whatever the fuck it was supposed to be called. It basically sounded like a Gameboy exploding and sometimes that's all it takes to make The Kids dance like mentals.

  • He went away for a bit but then came back having signed with Ministry Of Sound. This didn't last long, however.

  • The Tidal Rave EP was given away for free in 2011 and was quite jolly.

  • By 2012 he had decided what he was going to do with his life: MAKE AMAZING POP MUSIC. It is nice when popstars realise what they are best at, isn't it?
