Re: Call My Name by Cheryl
Dear Sirs,
I am very much convinced that during “Call My Name” by Cheryl, there are some very timely aspects to the chorus.
I imagine her saying “How’d you think I’d feel when you call my name?” to a potential caller who has accidentally called her “Cheryl Cole” instead of Cheryl. I imagine her thinking “I’m mad as hell!”
She responds, “You got me confused by the way I changed”, which must mean that since she has dropped her last name, she isn’t going to answer said caller. “Did you not read the news, mofo?? I dropped that name and got those tats removed?!? By the way, check out my new tat under my shorts plz.”
Love from Matt (Boston, USA)
A valiant attempt, Matt, but you are looking for meaning where there is none.
There’s a Japan-only bonus track on Daft Punk’s new album and that’s now online
The songs on Kelly Rowland’s new album now have titles
The X Factor judging lineup has finally been confirmed and there are some ‘format’ changes too
