I didn't realise that Ukraine had announced their representative.  She's called Ani Lorak, but there's no details of the song yet.

Here's her website, she looks FABULOUS!  Really liked some of the videos I watched too.  Fingers crossed for a great song.

Ani Lorak is a big star in Ukraine. She's been around for ages and flip-flops between singing in Russian and Ukrainian (she's currently in a Russian phase). She was supposed to represent Ukraine in 2005 but she was a supporter of the pro-Russian party in Ukraine instead of the newly elected pro-Ukrainian party, and was replaced by that Greenjolly rubbish.

It is just amazing!

I like it in the context of this year's Eurovision, as there's so much dross already selected, but I don't really like it as a stand alone track.  Quite disappointed with all the 5 songs she sang at the pre-selection actually.

Exactly last week I would have seen this as average at best. At the current moment it is one of the stand out tracks, even Have Some Fun from Czech Republic has grown on me since "Super Saturday"
