im sure someone might have already mentioned this, but if they haven't leave it to me to try to make this thread have something to do with Girls Aloud. Sarah sang this song on Popstars the Rivals and it reminded me of it so much, I can't really like this song. It hasn't exactly been updated to fit the times.

anyway, i listened to Clea's "Download It" a few weeks ago and became momentarily obsessed, so Atomic Kitten isn't that bad.

I used to get a wee giggle out of mentally replacing the word 'Whole' in Whole Again with the word 'whore' so the awful Jenny Frost would say

Thus I turned the song into a sordid tale of prostitution and revenge.  In fact Jenny Frost can't even speak the line in rhythm!

Apparently! Most people say 'I only liked them with their first 4 singles (or 3 as most forget Follow Me) when they were truly pop, especially I Want Your Love bla bla'

To be honest, I think it's more a case of the band becoming bland and their songs all sounding pretty similar and mid-tempo after Whole again.
It's like the record company noticed that Whole again was a hit and just decided to keep remaking it.

Apart from Ladies Night, which I quite liked.

I agree, I absolutely adore their first album and I Want Your Love still gets fairly regular play. They had some good songs with Jenny, Be With You, It's Ok and Last Goodbye were all brilliant in my opinion, but when Whole Again got to number 1 they did just become another middle of the road, bland girl group. They're far from the worst girl group ever, but I do very much prefer the original version of the first album to anything else they released afterwards. I can't even bear to listen to Jenny on Whole Again, her vocal on that is awful and all she has to do is talk! This is not to say that I hate Jenny Frost or her voice, she just sounds wrong on Whole Again.

Blossomed is definately the word! I used to always refer to her as 'the one with the big mouth' back in the Right Now Days, I think it was in If You Come To Me video that I first thought 'she is a beauty..'
Natasha still looks really youthful too, it's like that video could have been shot before they split up to be honest.

She's a testy bile beast with the roundest face in the history of human faces.  I'm surprised that Iceland haven't made a pie out of the shape of the Katona countenance.  They could call it Poison Pie.

She's even got a book out in the shops.  It's about a down on her luck model whose jealous sister wants to destroy her.  The model lead character of the books is obviously not based on Kerry who, in my opinion, could only model shoes - big ugly fucking shoes worn by clumsy tramps.  It's clear to anyone with the merest intelligent thought that Kerry is only capable of writing nasty emails to her ex best friends.  Her reality television show could be switched with a Discovery Channel documentary on the breeding habits of hippos and the public probably wouldn't see the difference.  I bet she hates Delta Goodrem as well.  Death to wretched hose fiends who contribute nothing to society other than utter obnoxious tidbits and crap adverts for supermarket chains.  The Jade Goodys and Kerry Katonas must be stopped!
