I can guaruntee someone will reply to this with a sarky remark about either Sugababes or Girls Aloud.

The Sugababes have their glorious history pre Amelle to save them and Girls Aloud are beyond criticism because they're virtually perfect.  It's like God is listening to my wishes and he created Girls Aloud.  But for every good pop group there must be a shit one to balance it out and that's Atomic Kitten.

There are worse girl groups in the last ten or so years, but they were always just very shit. Almost a female Westlife but not quite. I liked the video where they were on Mars or something, that was quite a good song (I Want Your Love?). But they were unbelievably tacky, and it upset me how successful they were, the same way it used to bother me how well Westlife did. And Jenny Frost, how the fuck did she ever become a singer? She's one of the worst professional singers I've heard ever. I dread to think what she's like live.

As awful as Atomic Kitten became, their first album pre-Jenny (who I despise) is quite good. 'I Want Your Love' is just fantastic; easily their best single to date.

Is it cool to like pre-Whole Again Atomic Kitten?

Apparently! Most people say 'I only liked them with their first 4 singles (or 3 as most forget Follow Me) when they were truly pop, especially I Want Your Love bla bla'

I just liked them all the time!

My favorite Atomic Kitten song was You Are. Although that may be due to the fact that it wasnt released here. I rememeber them performing it and stuff then nothing... was so dissappointed.

I think it all went wrong when their dreadful version of 'The Tide Is High' went to #1. How did that happen? I liked 'Last Goodbye', but everything after that just seemed like rubbish to me. I think the first two singles were awful as well but I nearly became a fan with I Want Your Love.

I really like Be With You, Turn Me On and Strangers from the debut album, their Kylie track, Feels So Good and adore the Ladies Night album, which had almost no filler at all. And Natasha and Liz's vocals worked really well in a raw/mellow kinda way.
